[ I ] GENERAL TERMS

Thank you so much for your interest in commissioning me.

When you order any commission, you are agreeing to the following terms of service when you fill out the Google Form.

☆ I have the right to decline your commission.
☆ My commissions are on a first come, first serve basis. I have 2 slots open at once and a waiting list.
☆ Some commissions will be streamed unless you ask me otherwise.
☆ While I'm pretty open to learning how to draw a range of things, there are some things that I won't be as familiar with. Your best bet is to go ahead and ask me anyway and I'll see what I can do.

What I'm not fully familiar with drawing:
☆ Mechas
☆ NSFW
☆ Very detailed and complex backgrounds

I will not draw:
☆ Emotes/Sub Badges
☆ Gore
☆ Furries
(0-100 real quick, I know)

[ II ] PAYMENT

All payments must be done through PayPal only.

You will need to pay a 50% deposit for the sketch and then the remaining fee for the final product.

[ III ] PROCESS

1. Once I receive your deposit, I start on the sketch
2. When you approve of the sketch, I will start coloring and painting. During this time, I will send multiple update images. ANY REVISIONS MUST BE MADE DURING THIS STAGE. ANY MAJOR OR SIGNIFCANT REVISIONS MAY COST EXTRA CHARGE.
3. Once finished, I will send the final product to you through email. DURING THIS STAGE, NO REVISIONS WILL BE MADE

[ IV ] COPYRIGHT USAGE POLICY

You reserve the right to:
☆ Use the work for personal use. Commercial uses (such as merch) is only possible if agreed upon initially.
☆ Repost the work with full credit to the artist.
☆ Print the work for non-commercial use.

I reserve the rights to:
☆ Post and publish the work on any platform of my choosing.
☆ Promote myself using the work.

I will not resell the work or make it into merch without permission.
